Banned Book Giveaway
Stop by the Saratoga Springs Public Library Saturday October 7th for a free book! While celebrating Banned Books Week, the SSPL is giving away copies of books that have been challenged and/or banned because they address sexuality, race, gender, and other controversial topics. All are welcome! In addition to free books (while supplies last), learn how to combat banning books and write letters of support to libraries across the country that are facing backlash from books in their collections.
