The 2021 Hudson Valley Writers Guild Annual Meeting will take place on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. via Zoom.
The Guild will go over the previous year, future plans, introduce new board members, and more.
Non-Fiction Contest Winners Mary McCarthy, Mary Cuffe Perez, Jose Morales, and Karen DeBonis will read their work.
This year’s guest speaker will be internationally published local author BJ Rosenfeld.
Family relationship expert and international bestselling author BJ Rosenfeld has spent much of her life fostering communication skills deeply needed in today’s world. Her first memoir, The Chameleon in the Closet, explores her relationship with her adult sons. Her second memoir, Who She Was and Who I Became, explores her relationship with her aging mother. BJ holds graduate degrees in Spanish, and in Reading Remediation from SUNY Albany. She and her husband live in upstate New York. They have two sons and sixteen grandchildren.
