On January 8, poets get extra time at the 2nd Wednesday Open Mic in Schenectady. Depending on the number of participants, writers can spend 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or maybe more time in the spotlight. Bring your poems, short prose, or any literary routine you choose,  Alan Catlin will host.

WHEN: Wednesday, January 8, 7:30 – 9 pm

WHERE:  CREATE Community Studios, 137 State Street, Schenectady, 12305.

PARKING:  Along State Street and Liberty Street, plus a free parking lot behind the building on South Ferry.

ADMISSION:  Free! Cookies & non-alcoholic beverages are available for a donation.
