“Article 13” refers to the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights.  Poets (and visual artists) are invited to heighten our awareness about diasporas and forced migrations.  The NY Civil Liberties Union will sponsor a forum on Sanctuary Cities.

The installation will run from March 30, 2018 – May 12, 2018 in the Collar Works Gallery, Troy, NY, 621 River Street.

Deadline for submission is December 31, 2017.
