Fence Show 2017 Opens at the Arts Center of the Capital Region

The Arts Center of the Capital Region is pleased to announce the opening of the 2017 Fence Show, with 478 works by 289 of our members throughout the region.

Arts Center of the Capital RegionThe Arts Center of the Capital Region is pleased to announce the opening of the 2017 Fence Show, with 478 works by 289 of our members throughout the region. The exhibition opened on May 18 and will run through July 2. The reception will be held on Friday, May 26 from 5-9pm as part of Troy Night Out.

Thom Francis has been organizing, promoting, and hosting open mics and poetry / spoken word events in Albany such as Nitty Gritty Slam, School of Night, Albany Poets Presents..., and the Albany Word Fest for over 20 years. As a poet and performer, Thom has been featured at many of the upstate poetry and spoken word events from Saratoga to Woodstock as well as LarkFest, Art on Lark, 1st Friday, and the Albany Word Fest.
