On Wednesday, December 7, the great Caffe Lena Poetry Open Mic series in Saratoga Springs will take place at Ndakinna Education Center (23 Middle Grove RD, Greenfield Center) with featured readers Judith Preset and Mike Jurkovic along with an open mic for poetry and spoken word.

Judith Prest is a poet, photographer, mixed media artist and creativity coach.. Her poems have been published in Mad Poet’s Review, Chronogram, Akros Review, The Muse~An International Journal of Poetry,  Earth’s Daughters, Up The River, Upstream, and in seven anthologies. She has previously published two collections of poetry – Sailing On Spirit Wind (1998) and Late Day Light (2011) as well as two chapbooks – Wildwoman’s Scrapbook (2002) and The Geography of Loss (2006).  Judith lives in Duanesburg, New York with her husband, Alan Krieger and three cats.

Mike Jukovic is a 2016 Pushcart nominee. His poetry and musical criticism have appeared in over 400 plus magazines and periodicals but have generated no reportable income.
