10:30am – Visual Poetry Workshop: Asemic Writing

Asemic, or wordless, writing combines elements of visual arts and written language. Participants will begin by writing poetry and go on to create broadsides of their own asemic writing. The workshop will be facilitated by artist Nancy DeNicolo and poet Katrinka Moore.
