Certain Forces

Certain Forces
breathe
selectively.
Emotional
Oxygen in yet
to
be places.
Forsaken times
reveal
inner multitudes.
We’re all
seductive
When                       (within
Time                            another’s
Has                               past).
Yet
Been.

Making a Face

At 6, 7, 8
I tried hard making a face
Imitating the ugly look
of Fairy Tale witches.

Almost 50 years later
I am
so much better
at it.

With Black Elk

Yr  death over-shadows the tail end
Of a moon new for this month of August.
62 years past & 5 before my incarnated birth.
We were classmates & teachers,
in that last Single dimension.
As our souls made one last decision.
You stayed behind enjoying life w/o pain
w/o feeling
w/o affliction.
I kept on moving through the stages
got reborn
Reincarnated to a new world of pain
& feeling.
Only my world is now w/o
the headdress  of turkey feathers.
