The first week of 2013 was a great one with Nitty Gritty Slam #34 on Tuesday night. That night Ben Golden came back to the area to take the win from Elizag and Shannon Shoemaker. Then on Wednesday, we traveled up the Northway to Caffe Lena for an incredible reading from Cheryl Rice and Tess Lecuyer.

This coming week is looking like a continuation of the past week with more great poetry and spoken word events.
