This is a great time to be a poet in upstate New York as there have been some new open mics popping up all over. This week The Galway Public Library announced a new open mic series at the The Cock ‘n Bull Restaurant, 5342 Parkis Mills Road, Galway, NY, starting July 11th at 8 PM. This new open mic event will be held on the second Wednesday every month.
Do you write poetry, essays, stories, memoirs, songs? Do you sing, play an instrument, tell jokes or read aloud? Or do you just enjoy hearing other people perform? Then come enjoy an Open Mic evening at the Galway Cock n Bull Restaurant, sponsored by the Galway Public Library, on the second Wednesday of each month, starting July 11 at 8pm.
