Here’s a look at the spoken word and poetry readings, open mics, events, workshops, and slams coming up in the area this week.
In spite of Dan’s recent days on the beach, he was glad to be back among the poets of Albany and to settle in for food, beer and words.
The last Monday in July and Dan Wilcox was in the back room of McGeary’s again for the open mic and featured poet, Josh Bauscher.
The Hudson Valley Writers Guild writing contest alternates genres annually and this year’s contest is for writers of short fiction.
