Murderous March 2024
Is it too early to talk about spring when winter hasn’t even hit?
Not when it means planning ahead for Murderous March! Registration for the annual online conference hosted by the Upper Hudson chapter of Sisters in Crime is now open. The conference is Friday, March 8 and Saturday, March 9, 2024. We’re delighted to have as our Guest of Honor Edgar Award-winning Naomi Hirahara, author of multiple traditional mystery series and noir short stories. Her Japantown Mysteries is set in post-World War II Chicago; Clark and Division, was named a New York Times Best Mystery of 2021.
Murderous March offers a pitch workshop, a Master Class on analyzing other people’s work to better edit your own, and another Master Class on solving the mystery of social media. Master Classes are $40 each, both for $70 and seats are limited. Saturday offers a full day of panels for just $15 with topics such as reluctant sleuths, female PIs, the impact of setting, books that keep you up all night, and books to cozy up to.
