Caffe Lena Poetry Open Mic featuring Chase Twichell
The first Wednesday of every month is Poetry Night at Caffe Lena. Hosted by Carol Graser, this event includes an open mic reading and a featured poet. The doors open for signups at 6:30 and the readings start at 7 PM. In April, the featured poet is Chase Twichell.
The featured reading will also be livestreamed; please visit caffelena.org for links and information.
Chase Twichell has published eight books of poetry, most recently Things As It Is and Horses Where the Answers Should Have Been: New and Selected Poems, which won both the Kingsley Tufts Poetry Award from Claremont Graduate University and the Balcones Poetry Prize from Austin Community College.
