Slam poetry is all about the performance! At this workshop, work with members of the Slam Euphoria team to help bring your poetry performance to the next level. Discuss tips on memorizing, stage presence, and physicality. We will do practice exercises and provide feedback on poems you may be preparing for the team qualifier slam.
This is part of a series of slam-focused workshops leading up to a team qualifier in April. Come to one, come to them all, and come if you’re interested in joining the team or if you just want to talk shop with other poets!
Workshop is held in the basement level at Cafe Euphoria in their co-working space.
