Join widely published poet Shira Dentz for a crash course in submitting. During this three hour seminar, you’ll learn the basics about how to submit work to literary magazines, best practices for making sure your work is considered, and suggestions for magazines, journals, and websites that might be the perfect home for your writing.
In the days after the seminar, your instructor will—with the eyes of an editor—read the first page of your submission and provide you with a feedback letter (300 words long) on the writing itself in addition to recommendations for different publications to whom you might consider sending your work.
