The Hudson Valley Writers Guild joins the literary community in mourning the loss of Pierre Joris, a poet, translator, and essayist whose influence reached far beyond the page. While his
HVWG members are invited to submit up to five short poems for publication as individual keepsake poetry cards in the 2025 POW! project.
The HWVG and Sand Lake Center for the Arts announce open auditions for two plays written by local playwrights K. A. Laity and Eric Eichorn.
The HWVG, Schenectady Lafayette 200 Anniversary Committee, and the American Friends of Lafayette celebrate the return of General Lafayette to Schenectady.
