Join the NYS Writers Institute as we mark 100 years of The Great Gatsby and The New Yorker with a special NYS Writers Institute literary tour of New York City on Saturday, June 21.
This centennial celebration honors two iconic representations of American letters: F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby and The New Yorker magazine, both turning 100 in 2025. Our daylong excursion, curated in partnership with author and historian Kevin C. Fitzpatrick, offers a blend of storytelling, history, and literary nostalgia.
Seats are limited. The cost — including transportation, tour, and lunch – is $135 before June 12 and $150 after.
Note: The day will include a good amount of walking.
