In celebration of National Poetry Month, we’ll read examples of haiku, pay homage to the natural world, and try our hand at the three-line form. Start a writing habit you can stick with and enjoy in this fun, supportive workshop and take away easy prompts for future inspiration. All adults are welcome to attend. Please bring a notebook and a pen. (90 minutes)Lara Tupper, MFA, is the author of three books. She has been a teacher of writing for over 20 years at universities and retreat centers. She is the founder of Swift Ink Stories, a supportive space (in person and online) for workshops and manuscript guidance. www.laratupper.com
