The Saratoga Book Festival is back in the Spa City October 21-23!
For one glorious weekend each year, SBF brings writers, book lovers, and reluctant readers together for thoughtful conversations, fascinating interviews, book talks, readings, workshops, youth programs, and more. Held in venues throughout downtown Saratoga Springs, SBF features contemporary and literary fiction; popular genres such as fantasy/sci-fi, suspense, historical fiction, and crime fiction; nonfiction (including current events, history, science, and cooking/lifestyle); memoir; and children’s and young adult literature.
This year’s roster features 50 talented authors (including three Pulitzer Prize winners!), 24 free general sessions and youth programs, two amazing keynote speakers, our first-ever “Kid Note” event, Literary Marketplace, and a Saratoga original presentation of the Literary Death Match, hosted by Adrian Todd Zuniga.
The Saratoga Book Festival is a special event of the Friends of the Saratoga Springs Public Library, a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to support the Saratoga Springs Public Library. Proceeds of the Saratoga Book Festival will be used to fund the Saratoga Springs 1000 Book Before Kindergarten program.
