Ethos Literacy is hosting its 3rd annual Short Short Story contest! The contest is open to writers of any age who are up to the challenge.

Ethos Literacy is hosting its 3rd annual Short Short Story contest! The contest is open to writers of any age who are up to the challenge. Write a story using 100 words (or less) on one of these topics: chewing gum, horror movies, skyscrapers, or tubas.

There will be seven cash prizes awarded:

  • Best of Contest: $250

  • Best of Category (4 prizes): $100

  • Best Youth Story (for authors 14 years and younger): $100

  • People’s Choice: $100

Entry Fee: $10. Submission Deadline:  Jan. 31, 2022, 5:00 PM MST

Winning stories will be published in a digital magazine and the winning authors will share their stories on a webcast sponsored by Nusenda Federal Credit Union.
