In September, the Hudson Valley Memoir Group will be celebrated its fourth anniversary. They meet on the second Thursday of the month, from 6 to 9 PM. For the past several months they have been meeting virtually via Zoom, but hope, in the near future, to be back at the Pine Hills Branch of the Albany Public Library.
The group uses the workshop approach where each member reads their memoir story to the group. Afterward, members discuss the story and make written comments.
The group is limited to 10 members so that each member can present a story at each meeting. There is no charge to participate. Presently, we have one opening.
