There are two new themes at Sequestrum: Genre Fiction (mystery, sci-fi, fantasy, romance, thriller, etc.) and Sonnet/Haiku! Both themes have complicated relationships with the literary landscape, and we’re thrilled to read each. We want stories which are equally well-written and indulgent, and poetry which delights in form as well as content. Basically, we want your most ambitious use of these genres, to push the bounds while respecting their constraints. Fiction and poetry. Deadline: 8/15/20.

Genre Fiction (mystery, sci-fi, fantasy, romance, thriller, etc.) submission details are here: https://www.sequestrum.org/themed-submissions-genre-fiction.

Sonnet & Haiku details are here: https://www.sequestrum.org/themed-submissions-sonnet-haiku.

And as always, our general submission guidelines are here: https://www.sequestrum.org/submissions.
