The Poets Speak Loud open mic series continues at McGeary’s in downtown Albany on Monday, March 30, with featured reader Mary Ann Murray.

Mary Ann Murray grew up in Cohoes and was part of the Albany poetry scene in the late 80s and early 90s. She lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for 26 years but returned to New York two years ago. She currently lives in the Hudson Valley, where—when she isn’t slaving over restoring her 170-year-old house—she works as a freelance editor.
