Poet Mary Ann Murray will read from her work at the Social Justice Center, 33 Central Ave., Albany on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 7:30PM. Mary Ann Murray grew up in the Capital District in Cohoes, and was active in the Albany poets scene in the late 80s and early 90s. She lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for 26 years but recently moved to the beautiful Hudson Valley, where she’s working on a book of poems.
The evening will include the traditional holiday visit from Sanity Clause with a gift of poetry for each of the night’s readers — bring a poem to read in the open mic.
