Nancy Klepsch and Shawn McCann, in collaboration with TAP, Inc. and the NYS Writers Institute, invite submissions for the 2025 Queer Poetry Prize & Mural Contest.
Ever since the granddaughters started asking, “Grandma what did you do for fun when you were a kid?” I started to write little vignettes and memoir pieces depicting the different lifestyle I had.
“Wow, no TV, no iPad, no car?”
“Things were quite different then.”
And so it goes.
