Call for Submissions: Second Annual Stephen A DiBiase Poetry Prize

January 21, 2017 post mark deadline.  Results in March 2017.

$1,800 in total awards, with $500 to the top entry from New York State, $300 to the top out-of-State entry.

No fee to enter.  No online submissions.  Open to all poets of all ages writing in English worldwide. No line limits. All subjects, styles and forms appreciated. Published or unpublished but not a poem you sent us before!

Mail us one envelope with one copy of one poem that you have created.  No identifying information, other than the title, on or in the piece. USA applicants send a SASE for results or keep informed by liking the Stephen A DiBiase Poetry Prize Facebook page.  Results emailed to other nationals.  Include all of the following on a separate sheet of paper:

  • Your name
  • Your mailing address
  • An email address where we can reach you
  • The title of your poem
  • The title and author of the last book of poetry you read
  • In ten words or less, tell us about your poem
  • In twenty words or less, tell us about yourself
