Albany Poets is proud to welcome Rebecca Schumejda as the featured reader at the sixth edition of Albany Poets Presents on Wednesday, October 19 at Restaurant Navona, 289 New Scotland Avenue, Albany.
Albany Poets Presents puts a spin on the typical poetry event in the local literary community by highlighting one poet every two months with an interview and Q&A session following the reading.
Host Thom Francis says, “I am very excited to have Rebecca as our featured poet. She has been published all over the place and hosted a great series of readings in Kingston before moving up to the Albany area last year. I have been a fan of her writing and the characters that she easily weaves into her work for almost a decade.”
