Deceit

Deceit know no boundaries
Like the sands of time
Forth comes the pain
As truths unwind
Shadowing new memories
Stealing loves sentiments
Deceit knows no boundaries
Only malign.

Myself

My inseparable companion
Are you phantom or spy
Coveting my every move
Mimicking me
Deeper and darker than I at times
An eerie comfort you bring to me
Like a piece of one’s past
Forever you are a remnant of myself
You are my shadow.
