We are very happy to announce that the 2014 Albany Word Fest Open Mic signup is now open and will continue until Monday, April 14 at 5:00 PM.
Poets who want to sign up for the Word Fest Open Mic must enter their name and preferred time slot. Be sure to check to see if another poet has already signed up for that time slot by going to www.albanywordfest.com/openmic.html. The Open Mic signup is “first come, first served”. If more than one poet signs up for the same time slot, we will do our best to fit that poet in as close to their preferred time slot as possible.
The Word Fest Open Mic will take place on Friday, April 18, 2013 at the UAG Gallery, 247 Lark Street, starting at 7:00 PM, so tell your friends to come and check it out.
