The Collective are headed back over the Steamer No. 10 Theatre this coming Friday night, April 27, starting at 9:00pm for the Love Jones Open Mic Extravaganza with special host IamSelf.
This is event has been happening for a few months at the Pine Hills theater featuring some the great poets and artists that we have here in the Albany area.

Prepare yourselves for the TAKEOVER and not a makeover. Hosting the next Love Jones experience is our COLLECTIVE team member IamSelf. An incredible individual with the social skills to bring all ages together into a perfect harmonious enviroment.
We will have great spoken word artist, talented male & female vocalist, mature rappers and music being provided by DJ GIN from 88.3 WVCR
Naughty Poet will be raffling off the most beautiful, self prepared gift baskets i ever laid my eyes on. She gives you 5 chances or more to win.
We will be giving away our traditonal giveaways of candles, women accessories, men accessories, incense, journals and so much more to our wonderful supportive COLLECTIVE audience.
We will be serving FREE lite food from 8:45pm to 9:15pm
