Live From The Living Room, a featured reading series with an open mic after words is held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at the Capital District Gay & Lesbian Community Center, 332 Hudson Avenue, Albany, NY. The next reading is February 11th with Jan Marin Tramontano.
Jan Marin Tramontano is a poet and fiction writer living in Albany. Most recently, her poems and stories have appeared in: Poets Canvas, Women’s Synergy, Byline, Knock, Chronogram, Willow Tree Poems, American Intercultural Magazine, New Verse News, and Mom’s Literary Magazine.
She has published two poetry chapbooks, Floating Islands and Woman Sitting in a Cafe, her father’s memoir, I am a Fortunate Man, and has just completed her first novel. She is also an occasional contributor to the Times Union’s Book Section. She is a member of the International Women’s Writing Guild, Poets House. and the Hudson Valley Writers Guild.
