The Stephen A. DiBiase Poetry Contest will hold a reading on October 27, 2019 to mark the beginning of the submission period for the annual contest. There will be featured readers sharing ten minutes of their own work and reading poems by 2019 finalists. Other 2019 finalists will be at the event to read their poems.

There will also be an open mic for all poets. The public is encouraged to attend. Light refreshments will be provided. Submission guidelines for the 2020 contest will be available.

Featured readers will be Mary Panza, Nancy Klepsch, and Alan Casline. 2019 finalists expected to attend are Dineen Carta, Vivian Amah Ofre, Philip Good, and Liv McKee.

This event will take place at the William K. Sanford Town of Colonie Library on Sunday, October 27, 2019 between 1:30 and 3:00 pm.
